現今最常見的毒檢測大致有：尿液、唾液、血液、毛發，不同種類的檢材具有不同的吸毒追溯期，而毛發檢測最顯著的優勢是它延長了吸毒追溯期（可達六個月），毒品隨著血液循環進入毛囊，毒品原體及其代謝物會被毛發中的角質蛋白固定，并穩定地保留在毛發中。
為規范涉毒人員毛發樣本的檢測工作，全面推廣毛發檢毒技術的實戰應用，提升公安機關排查管控吸毒人員的能力，公安部還制定了《涉毒人員毛發樣本檢測規范》。由此可見毛發測毒是目前司法鑒定最常用也是最重視的一種檢測手段了，但設備的好壞直接影響著檢測數據的精確度、靈敏度，規范的操作也是其中重要的條件；另外，檢測的樣品如果被外部所污染，也可能會影響檢測的結果。
針對細小的頭發前處理上海凈信毛發處理儀是一款相當不錯的前處理設備。
毛發處理儀
產品原理：本機是在水平方向上進行三維振動。研磨球/小珠的慣性帶動它們以高能量撞擊位于弧形內表面的樣品材料，從而達到粉碎研磨的效果。適配器的運動可與內部小球的運動疊加，將樣品充分混和?；旌托Ч梢酝ㄟ^使用多個小直徑研磨球來得到進一步的提高。
研磨時使用多個小直徑研磨球可以大大提高研磨效果。球與球之間的巨大撞擊和磨擦可有效地實現樣品的破碎。
實驗步驟：
步驟1：取離心管、研磨珠和陽性頭發樣本。
步驟2：適量頭發樣品加入離心管。
步驟3：將若干顆研磨珠加入離心管，也可加入少量試劑濕磨。
步驟4：將樣品和離心管一起放入凈信珠磨儀上。
步驟5：設置參數啟動儀器
步驟6：取出樣品，即可后續檢測。
