全自動樣品快速研磨儀研磨肌肉組織-上海凈信

實驗地點：清華大學(xué)
實驗材料和器具
樣品：小鼠肌肉組織
儀器：高通量組織研磨儀（上海凈信，TISSUELYSER-24）
耗材：專用研磨管（上海凈信），研磨珠（上海凈信）
試劑：PBS緩沖液
實驗步驟
1.將凈信專用研磨管和研磨球用乙醇清洗干凈，并滅菌滅酶；
2.將需要研磨的肌肉組織樣品剪成小塊備用。
3.放入準備好的肌肉組織到研磨管中，加入研磨珠，蓋好蓋子；
4.將預(yù)冷好金屬適配器裝入凈信研磨儀，將研磨管裝入適配器。固定好。
4.設(shè)定好參數(shù)，啟動儀器至研磨程序結(jié)束。
