多樣品組織研磨儀研磨破碎眼結膜實驗-上海凈信

一、實驗背景
結膜為一層富有血管的薄而透明的粘膜，覆蓋于眼瞼的內面和眼球的前面。按其所在部位分為瞼結膜，球結膜和結膜穹窿。結膜有助于防止異物和感染對眼球的損害，但結膜本身也會受到化學物質或過敏物質的刺激，或受到病毒、細菌的感染，出現眼痛、眼癢及充血。由于眼結膜獨特的韌性，類似于纖維，手動研磨通常難以研磨充分；為了提高科研工作者的實驗效率和研究進度，本方法采用上海凈信多樣品組織研磨儀，對樣品進行研磨處理，以便于實驗人員可以更好進行后續實驗，如充分提取RNA、蛋白等。
